Phil Stone is a Management Consultant who specialises in providing strategic planning advice to Local Authorities and other Public Bodies under Best Value, CPA and Audit Commission requirements in addition to assisting businesses with Business Planning and Strategy. Phil is registered with the Small Business Service and the nation-wide network of Business Links together with the Regional Development Agency, OneNorthEast as an approved consultant.

He learnt to fly on an intensive three week course in Florida in June 1997 - which is also the subject of a book entitled "Learning to Fly in 21 Days" which was published by Nexus Special Interests Ltd on 21 August 2000. Since that time he has flown extensively throughout Florida to research this unique book.
Phil is also an accomplished author having written a number of books on a variety of business management subjects which have been published by How To Books Ltd.
